			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I just finished my training session with my amazing &amp; world-famous trainer, Charles Glass. I am blessed on a daily basis that I&#8217;m so fortunate to have the best team behind me to prepare for my next Pro competition.</p>
<p>Being an IFBB Figure Pro is a true honor &amp; brings competing in Figure to a whole new level! My team gives me the tools &amp; guidance to achieve greatness in my health and fitness goals, but it is up to me to execute, stay on track, and be consistent with their work with me.</p>
<p>I truly believe that the person who has the most heart, dedication &amp; consistency with the correct fitness equation is going to become the true champion!!  Regardless if you are a top fitness Pro or the average person just starting to work out, if you follow this formula YOU WILL ACHIEVE YOUR HEALTH &amp; FITNESS GOALS!!! If you follow this equation, you will maximize your results in the least amount of time possible!!!</p>
