In simple terms, Carnitine allows for fat to become the fuel source for the body so that amino acids and glycogen can remain free for muscle production.
Carnitine is most effective when taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to exercise. For optimum results, use with aerobic exercise and cycle this product for 3 weeks on, and 1 week off. While dosages can range from 1,000 mg to 4,000 mg a day, a good dosage is 3,000 mg divided into two dosages of 1,500 mg twice per day.
