Green Tea

While Green Tea has been around for thousands of years, it has grown in popularity in recent years.  Green Tea contains a powerful Anti-Oxidant known as Catechin.  There have been studies (Norman Hollenberg, Harvard University) linking Catechins with reduced risk of Stroke, Heart Failure, Cancer, and Diabetes.

Since Green Tea is high in Anti-Oxidants, it is believed to have many benefits that include:
